We are looking for a Leasehold Management Officer to join Hafod on a permanent full time basis, working 36 hours per week. You will be working as part of an effective Housing,Support and Development service. This job offers a salary of  £27, 276 – £30,168 per annum and will be working across various locations in South East Wales.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Leasehold Management Officer who will be able to actively manage a portfolio of leasehold properties and other tenures. You will be responsible for rent collections and estate/void management.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role you will have experience of housing management in a social housing or related setting, with sound understanding of home ownership. You will need to be financially astute with the ability to set and manage budgets and control expenditure.

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn new skills and help implement new working practices bringing a positive and can-do attitude to a newly formed Support,Housing and Development function. You will need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including the use of Excel.

You will need a full current driving licence and have a willingness to work flexibly.
