Hafod is proud to offer this fantastic development opportunity to our care colleagues. This programme allows participants to enhance their skills and knowledge through work based learning and study with the University of South Wales.

The 12-week programme starting in December 2020. Developed with the University of South Wales and the NHS enhances and develops clinical skills and provides a new career pathway for our colleagues in care. Participants benefit from access to the facilities at the University of South Wales and then supervision and support from Registered Nurses facilitating you to gain competence and confidence in undertaking enhanced skills in the work environment.

As part of a continuous review of how to improve the services that we offer to our residents, we have identified the need for Nursing Care Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will be able to apply for these roles on successful completion of the programme.
