We are looking for a talented L&D Administrator to join our busy L&D Team on a permanent full time basis, working 36 hours per week. This job offers a salary of £21,693 per annum and will be working in St Hilary Court, Cardiff - although we're all working from home at the moment.
What you'll do
We’re looking for a L&D Administrator who will work in collaboration with the L&D Team to deliver a high standard of service to support colleagues with their learning and development experience. You will support the L&D Team with the coordination of virtual and classroom training courses and workshops. You will participate in the review of course content and updating it in line with legislative changes and to reflect current working practices.
You will build strong relationships with managers and external training providers, acting as the main point of contact to support with queries, sourcing appropriate training and working with subject matter experts to design bespoke e-learning modules and blended learning material, whilst ensuring value for money.
You will maintain the data within our Learning Management System (LMS) to report on training compliance and completion rates, update organisational changes and to promote the use of the LMS to colleagues, providing training and guidance where required.

What you'll need
To be successful you will already have experience of working within an administrative role ideally in an L&D or HR setting. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, particular in the use of Excel as a large part of this role will involve inputting, manipulating and analysing data.
You will be a confident and enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills, you will work effectively in partnership with external training providers, colleagues and managers across the organisation to provide an excellent customer service. You will be able to use your initiative and be comfortable providing guidance on a range of training and L&D matters.
You will need a valid driving license and the use of a vehicle.
