We currently have an exciting and rewarding opportunity available for an experienced Support Worker to provide support for people aged 16 and over in the Rhondda area.
This is a permanent, role working 23 hours per week

What you'll do
This role is providing housing related support in the Rhondda area, to helping individuals with the skills they need to live independently and to successfully manage a home. You will be working in close partnership with all relevant agencies and local networks.
As peripatetic workers you will be primarily be based in static projects due to the complexity and structure of support. You will remain to cover floating support and annual leave and sickness when required.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role you will have experience of supporting individuals with varying complex support needs. You will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and build supportive relationships.
A qualification in Social Care or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
You will need a full, current driving license and use of a vehicle.
