We have an opportunity for a Care and Support Supervisor to join our team at our alcohol and substance misuse scheme in Cardiff. This is a highly rewarding role providing an excellent level of both care and support for our residents.

This is a permanent role working 10 hours per week.

What you'll do

In this role you will be supporting the Site Leader to provide care and support with daily tasks to our residents with the aim to promote independence and well-being and re-able service users to care for themselves. You will be supporting our customers to ensure they achieve as much independence as possible whilst maintaining their dignity and respect.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role you must be reliable, flexible and have a passion for helping others. You will also need a full driver’s license and access to a car. A QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care is highly desirable for this position.
