IT Administrative Assistant

We are looking to appoint an IT Administrative Assistant to join us on a temporary basis, estimated to last up to 6 months. The role is offered on a full time basis, working 36 hours per week. 

Offering a salary of £19,911 per annum and will be working in St Hilary Court, Cardiff - although we're all working from home at the moment due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

What you'll do

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has knowledge of IT who is looking to gain experience within a busy IT department. Your role will involve monitoring the support desk and provide timely assistance and training for our employees. You will assist with the maintenance and development of our computer systems, equipment and ICT records. There may be a requirement to travel to other Hafod sites as part of your role.

What you'll need
You will need NVQ Level 2 Diploma in IT. or equivalent computer related subject. You will have knowledge and experience of Microsoft operating systems, office applications and providing help desk support. You will need good communication skills both written and verbal. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
