We are looking for a dedicated Multi-Skilled Repair Operative with a carpentry background to carry out the general repair, maintenance and improvement of our occupied properties. This is a permanent, full-time post working 40 hours per week. This job offers a salary of £26,267.04 per annum which equates to £12.86 per hour.
What you'll do
You will undertake maintenance and installation work in properties across South East Wales. You will liaise directly with our tenants and colleagues to guarantee the smooth running of the appointments and ensuring all jobs are fully completed to a high standard.
What you'll need
You will have experience of repairs and maintenance, ideally within residential or other occupied properties. You will be able to demonstrate a broad range of trade skills to carry out a variety of maintenance tasks to a high standard of craftsmanship. A valid UK driving licence is essential. Company vehicle will be provided, which you can use to commute to/from work as well as between sites during your working hours. You will be provided with tools and uniform.
