We have a permanent opportunity for a Community Care Worker to join our team based within Rhondda Cynon Taf on a rate of £9.56 per hour on a zero hours contract.

You will be caring for our customers in their homes and therefore you will need a Full UK Driver’s License and access to a car.

We will provide you with all the training you need. and the hours are flexible to fit around other commitments you may have such as childcare or studying. We are particularly keen to hear from people who are available to cover evenings and some weekends.

We are currently looking for 2x candidates who are able to work full time hours and 1x candidate who is able to work 16 hours per week.

What you’ll do

In this role you will be providing care to our customers undertaking tasks such as administering medication, meal preparation, supporting them to pay their bills, writing letters and helping with activities and days out.

You will be supporting our customers to ensure they achieve as much independence as possible whilst maintaining their dignity and respect.

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role you must be reliable, flexible and have a passion for helping others. You will also need a full driver’s license and access to a car.
