We currently have an exciting and rewarding opportunity available for an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Ty Cwm which provides housing related floating support service for people aged 55 and over.
This is a temporary role working 6 hours per week
What you'll do
This role will be key in providing a personalised informed service in accordance with our service users’ needs. You will be working in close partnership with all relevant agencies and local networks to support individuals to develop independent living skills to enable them to sustain a tenancy by assisting them with daily living skills to remain as independent as possible.
