We have a permanent opportunity for a Community Care Worker to join our Bridgend team on a rate of £9.56 per hour on a zero hours contract.

You will be caring for our customers in their homes and therefore you will need a Full UK Driver’s License and access to a car.

We will provide you with all the training you need. and the hours are flexible to fit around other commitments you may have such as childcare or studying. We are particularly keen to hear from people who are available to cover evenings and some weekends.

What you’ll do

In this role you will be providing care to our customers undertaking tasks such as personal care, administering medication, meal preparation, supporting them to pay their bills, writing letters and helping with activities and days out.

You will be supporting our customers to ensure they achieve as much independence as possible whilst maintaining their dignity and respect.

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role you must be reliable, flexible and have a passion for helping others. Prior experience in a caring role is not required. You will also need a full driver’s license and access to a car.
