Following the creation of our new Digital Transformation Office, we’re excited to announce that we are looking for a Digital Programme and Transformation Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

We are embracing hybrid working, if you are successful you can work from home most of the time if you wish, but you will occasionally need to attend our sites for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others.

What you'll do

You’ll lead the Digital Transformation Office to deliver our Digital Strategy and shape the future direction of the organisation.  You’ll be joining us at a time where you will have the opportunity to build the team and bring your ideas to the forefront.  You’ll work closely with internal and external partners to understand potential opportunities and how digital technology can help us make a difference to the services we provide.

What you'll need

You’ll have experience in the digital arena and a firm understanding of project management methodologies. You’ll be analytical and inquisitive, always striving to improve the way we do things and able to build relationships and influence at all levels.
