We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our busy, ambitious and award winning HR team on a permanent basis working 26-28 hours per week. We are keen to continue our work with a range of transformational HR projects that you can get involved with, alongside offering generalist HR support.
This job offers a salary of £28,500 - £31,916 per annum (FTE).
We are embracing hybrid working.If you are successful you can work from home most of the time if you wish, but you will occasionally need to attend our sites for interactive working and to forge great relationships with others.
What you'll do
You will work closely with our managers across a number of parts of our organisation to provide advice and guidance on the full remit of HR issues, including supporting colleagues throughout their employment journey.
Building strong relationships with our managers, you will offer coaching and guidance to develop their people management skills and best practice.
You will work with the support of our specialist teams for resourcing, L&D and OD to really make a difference to our organisation.
You will be involved in delivering training on areas of HR virtually and face to face at our services, where necessary.

What you'll need
To be successful in this role you will already have a good grounding in providing generalist HR Advice.
You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or have equivalent experience.
You will be able to use your initiative and be comfortable managing a varied caseload, with the ability to interpret and provide guidance on people policies and procedures in line with employment law.
You will have the support of our wider HR team to collaborate with and to sound out ideas, but for your caseload you will largely be able to work autonomously and will know when to escalate as required.
A full UK driver's license and use of a vehicle is required.
