We are searching for talented people to join our Remuneration and Appointments Committee (RAC).

What you'll do
As a Committee Member you will ensure we are well run and deliver socially beneficial outcomes for our customers, communities and colleagues.
You will bring a fresh perspective to discussions and shape decisions that are made.
You will learn about the services we provide, and the challenges faced by those we support. You will ensure the proper governance of our organisation so we can continue to make a difference to our communities in the years ahead. What you’ll need
You will need motivation and up to 1 day per quarter to carry out your duties. In return this role can be hugely rewarding and a great opportunity to learn and develop.
Previous experience working in a senior role and evidence of a people centric approach is essential, along with a desire to help us accelerate the transformation to a fairer society.

Whilst previous experience as a Committee Member would be beneficial, it isn’t necessary. We provide a tailored induction to help you become confident in your new role addressing areas that may be new to you.
