We are looking for a dependable and dedicated Residential and Dementia Support Unit Coordinator who is seeking a rewarding job within our Picton Court Care Home in Porthcawl.

This role is permanent working 40 hours per week.

What you'll do

As Residential and Dementia Support Unit Coordinator you will support the leadership team of the home and our colleagues. This will include carrying out colleague supervisions, preparing rotas, ordering medication and other tasks as outlined in the job description.

What you will need

You will need to have experience of working in a care setting. You will have good organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead effectively and prioritise multiple demands. You will be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes. Ideally you will have an NVQ Level 3 or Level 5 QCF Adult Residential Management or be working towards it

Picton Court Nursing home in Porthcawl offers high quality care in beautiful surroundings. Providing residential accommodation for older people (male and female) aged 65+. Picton Court comprises of 76 bedrooms with en- suite facilities. The home is registered to offer nursing and residential care.
