We have a new opportunity for a Compliance and Facilities Officer to join our team on a permanent basis.

We are embracing hybrid working. If you are successful you can work from home most of the time if you wish, but you will occasionally need to attend our sites for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others.

What you'll do

You will provide a day-to-day facilities management service within our Head Office.

You will be confident liaising with contractors, surveyors, tenants, operatives and suppliers acting as the main point of contact dealing with any enquiries.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to really make a positive difference to the services we provide and the lives of our residents.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who is committed to helping us deliver an excellent service by generating creative and innovative solutions, interpreting and applying current legislation.

To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience of managing contracts, liaising with contractors and landlord compliance.

You will need a full current driving license and have a willingness to work flexibly.
