We are searching for a Support Manager (Partnerships and Projects) to join our team in a key leadership role based in St Hilary Court, Cardiff. This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis with an annual salary of £32,478 plus generous benefits.
What you'll do
As Support Manager you will be responsible for managing our partnership projects along with being the lead Support Manager on support tenders and projects.
You will be accountable for preparing tenders and providing support for the tender bid process. You will take the lead on mobilisation and digitalisation of the support planning service.
You will ensure the all Support services are delivered in line with supporting people or other guidance, outcomes and management agreements.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role you must be passionate about working in an organisation with a social conscience. You will need a relevant professional qualification.
You will have experience of managing supported people and grant funded projects.
You will be able to work effectively in partnership with board members, executives, colleagues, residents, customers and external stakeholders, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Working with a collaborative style you will engage people at all levels and promote positive relationships, adapt to changing priorities and empower your teams to deliver quality services to our customers.
