We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join a busy Customer Service team. This role will be offered on a permanent basis working 18 hours per week, Based in St Hilary Court, Cardiff. This position offers a generous salary of up to £19,574 to £21,330 pro rata - other benefits are listed below.
What you will do
You'll be joining a dynamic team who are passionate about making a difference to the organisation. To be successful in this role you will need to have the skills and knowledge to provide a professional first point of contact for all customers, internal colleagues and stakeholders. You will be supporting other teams within the organisation in an administrative capacity and providing assistant with digitising processes.
What you will need
You will have prior experience working in a busy office environment, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills with the ability to work on own initiative.
You will have a good general standard of education, you will need strong administration skills with vast knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and exposure of databases.
