We are looking for a dependable and dedicated Relief Kitchen Assistant who is seeking a rewarding job within one of our Extra Care Schemes based in Barry. 

What you'll do

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the cook with a high standard of food preparation whilst maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. 

What you'll need

To be successful in this role you ideally will have catering experience within a commercial or institutional setting with a food Hygiene and First Aid Certificate, with the willingness to undertake the relevant training.

You will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage your time. You will have the ability to remain calm in a changing environment and be able to work flexibly when required.
