We are looking for an experienced Service Contract Assistant to join us working 36 hours per week for a period of 12 months. The role will be based in St Hilary Court, Cardiff. This job offers a salary of £19,578- £21,330 depending on experience- other benefits are listed below.

What you'll do
As part of a busy team you will be responsible for the support and delivery of high quality services to customers and to provide administrative support to the service contracts section.

You will assist in ordering of materials and supplies for our DLO team using our QLX database. You will also be responsible for liaising with surveyors, tenants and handymen in organising repair work. You will need to monitor attendance and other records submitted by each contractor, to ensure all monthly payments are paid and each contract is updated monthly or earlier if required, reporting any issues to the Service Contracts Manager.

What you'll need

You will need a good standard of education with an appropriate administrative/secretarial qualification. 

To be successful in this post you will need experience with assisting with gas servicing or similar contracts, in addition experience as an Administrator in a client service environment in a maintenance-related setting would be beneficial.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage your time effectively. In addition, you will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
