We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Maintenance Operative who is seeking a rewarding job within one of our care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the fabric and grounds of the building are maintained and kept to an excellent standard and that all works undertaken comply with health and safety regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all residents, visitors and team members.

This is a permanent role working 32 hours per week. 23 hours per week in our St Isan Care Home and 9 hours in Gwynfa Care Home (both located in Llanishen in Cardiff)

Where you will be working

St Isan Home is situated in Llanishen in North Cardiff. It is purpose built accommodation for men and women over the age of 65 in need of residential and dementia care. Staff and management provide a homely and safe environment for all residents.
