We are searching for a Built Environment and Technology Specialist to join our team based in St Hilary Court, Cardiff. This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis with an annual salary of £40,998 - £45,678 per annum depending on experience.

What you'll do

This is a key role in which you will lead Hafod’s Off-Site Manufacturing/Modern Methods of Construction programme to deliver zero-carbon dwellings that comply with Welsh Government standards.
You will play an active role in managing and coordinating Hafod's major improvement programme from inception to completion, and be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers, by providing quality control of new build and refurbishment schemes. 

What you'll need

To be successful you will have a qualification in a property/construction related subject and ideally RICS/CIOB/RIBA qualified. 
Knowledge of OSM/MMC and Zero Carbon Homes is essential and you will use your significant experience in undertaking the 'Clerk of Works' role on major construction projects. You will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of pre and post contract construction work and will be committed to working in a socially conscious organisation.  


  • Salary ranging between £40,998 - £45,678 per annum depending on experience
