We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager with the clinical and people management skills that our colleagues and residents deserve for our Brocastle Manor Care Home near Bridgend. 

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with an annual salary of £61,440 to £67,000 per annum plus benefits.

What you'll do
You will provide strategic and operational leadership to our colleagues and be accountable for overall clinical and financial performance of our 78 bed home, ensuring we provide the highest quality of both Dementia Nursing and General Nursing care.  You will lead on change management and service improvement to maintain our compliance and quality ratings, incorporating new practices, methods and technologies. 

What you'll need
To be successful you will need demonstrable experience as a successful Nursing Home Manager working on a similar scale.  You will need QCF level 5 (or equivalent) and be a Registered Nurse with evidence of your CPD. 
You will be an excellent people manager with a proven track record of enabling colleagues with line management responsibilities to carry out their duties in line with people policies and practices, and using your strong people management and leadership skills to develop constructive working relationships.  You will be commercially aware whilst maintaining our focus on quality.
