We are looking for an enthusiastic Relief Cook on a permanent part-time basis to work at our supported Housing Scheme in Bridgend. This is a zero hours contract paying £9.16 per hour.
What you'll do
You'll be in a key role where you can make a difference. You will ensure that our tenants are provided with healthy, high quality options for breakfast and lunch. You will ensure that a good standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained throughout the kitchen. We have a 5 out of 5 hygiene rating on all our sites. You will have responsibility for running the kitchen on your own.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the skills and knowledge to communicate clearly and provide a first class service to tenants. You will need to have a food hygiene certificate and catering experience based in a professional setting. You will be well organised, be able to work independently and have the ability to work with your own initiative to meet deadlines which may be under pressure.

Where you will be working
Arosfa is a modern Independent Supported Living Scheme based in Brackla, Bridgend. It has ten self contained studio apartments which are available to rent by single persons over the age of 55. Arosfa is not a residential home and residents live independently in their own flat, with access to a communal lounge/dining room, launderette and gardens. Lunch and tea are provided for residents 7 days a week and each room has a kitchenette.
