We have an opportunity for an experienced Plumbing and Heating Operative to join our Property Services Team providing services across a number of locations in South East Wales. This is a full-time permanent role with an hourly rate of £14.05.

What you'll do

You will ensure the provision of efficient, high quality and cost effective plumbing and heating services across various locations in South Wales. The role will involve planning and delivering heating and plumbing installations and promoting healthy and safe working conditions within Hafod properties.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role you will have a Gas Safe Registration, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1 and a relevant qualification e.g. City and Guilds, NVQ III. You will have poven experience in heating/plumbing installation including installation of bathrooms, boilers and heating systems with the ability to diagnose and correct problems. You will need good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage your time.

A full, current driving licence is essential.
