We are looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Coach to join our busy Neighbourhood team on a permanent basis. The role is offered on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week. This job offers a salary of £28,236 - £29,664 per annum (pro rata) - other benefits are listed below.
What you'll do
You will build and develop a relationship with your tenants to identify their potential and empower them to achieve their goals. You will use a relational model of housing to deliver an efficient and effective person-centered housing management service whilst promoting tenancy sustainability.
What you'll need
You will need a good standard of education, a relevant professional housing or business qualification is desirable but not essential. You will have proven experience in a client service environment with working knowledge of housing legislation and housing management. Experience of client participation in service delivery, alongside, experience of working with clients in a coaching environment is desirable. You will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage your time effectively. In addition, you will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
You will require a driving licence with access to a vehicle.
