Multi-Skilled Repair Operative

We are looking for a dedicated Multi-Skilled Repair Operative to carry out general repair, maintenance and improvement of our properties.  This is a permanent, full-time post working 40 hours per week. This job offers up to £12.37 per hour. 

What you'll do

You will undertake maintenance and installation work in properties across South East Wales.  You will liaise directly with our tenants and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the appointments and ensuring all jobs are fully completed to a high standard.

What you'll need

You will have experience of repairs and maintenance, ideally within residential or other occupied properties. You will be able to demonstrate a broad range of trade skills to carry out a variety of maintenance tasks to a high standard of craftsmanship. We are interested in people with a range of skills and experience, we will consider people who have a relevant qualification with limited experience or people who have experience that are yet to complete a qualification - for further information please see the full job description. 

A valid UK driving licence is essential
