We are looking for a Planned and Void Works Manager to join Hafod on a permanent full time basis, working 40 hours per week. You will be working as part of effective and efficient Planned and Void Works Service. This job offers a salary of £38,000 - other benefits are listed below.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for the management of a multi-disciplinary team with responsibility for ensuring excellent service delivery, robust budgeting and financial controls. You will be responsible for supporting, developing and motivating our colleagues. You will ensure the highest levels of productivity are achieved and will work closely with the Property Services Manager and the Finance Team to identify and monitor job costings and income from clients.
What you'll need
You will need to have had previous experience of managing repairs and maintenance teams and an SMSTS qualification.
A professional qualification in Electrical Installation, Gas Safety and Heating Systems would also be advantageous. You will be commercially aware with the ability to negotiate at all levels. You will also have the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and adapt to changing situations. You will need a full current driving licence and have a willingness to work flexibly.
