AC - Maintenance Manager

We are looking for someone with asset management experience to undertake the role of Maintenance Manager on a temporary basis, estimated to last up to 6 months. The role is offered on a full time basis, working 36 hours per week, offering a salary of £41,000 - other benefits are listed below.

What you'll do

You will ensure our tenants and leaseholders receive a first class asset service by supporting our team to deliver a full range of asset services including procuring long term contracts and assisting in successfully embedding them within our team. 

What you'll need

You will need to be an experienced Asset Manager with a relevant professional qualification. You will have previous experience in procuring, tendering and evaluating contracts and planned maintenance contracts. You will have experience of managing colleagues on-site and reviewing stock data and stock condition processes. Experience of managing change, SOR's  and using QLX or a similar management system is extremely desirable.
