We have an opportunity for a Care Worker to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a highly rewarding role working from our static service in Llanishen, Ty Onnen and out in the Community in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of care to our residents which promotes their independence while safeguarding their dignity. As part of the team, you will participate in the day to day activities of the scheme or the service user out in the community.
You must be a driver and have access to a vehicle.
What you’ll do
Provide daily care to the residents, supporting individuals to live as independently as possible.
You will work in a team of health care professionals providing individualised care to each resident dependent on their needs.
What you’ll need
Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Successful candidates will be caring and passionate about their role and work well in a team towards a common goal.
To be successful in this role you must be reliable, flexible and have a passion for helping others. You will also need a full driver’s license and access to a car.
