We currently have an exciting and rewarding opportunity available for an experienced Support Worker to provide support for adults with mental health issues in our Cardiff scheme.
This is a part time, temporary role, working 28 hour per week.

What you'll do
This role is supporting adults with mental health issues and covering our low-medium level supported accommodation projects for a six-month period. You will be working one-to-one with tenants on a daily basis, providing intensive housing related support. You will be working in close partnership with all relevant agencies and local networks to support individuals to develop independent living skills to enable them to sustain a tenancy and fulfill their potential.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role you will have experience of supporting individuals with varying complex support needs. You will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and build supportive relationships.
A qualification in Social Care or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
You will need a full, current driving licence and use of a vehicle.
