We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join Hafod on a permanent full time basis, working 36 hours per week. You will be working as part of an effective and efficient Asset Delivery Team. This job offers a salary of £45,000 per annum and will be working in across various locations in South East Wales.

What you'll do

You will be a customer focussed leader with a high level of drive and determination to achieve excellence within our asset management services. This role will involve modernising our asset service offering to our customers and leading on reducing the carbon footprint of our tenants. You will be involved in the validation and oversight of the delivery of a planned works programme. You will be responsible for maximising the use of IT to improve efficiency within the asset directorate.

What you'll need

You will need a relevant professional qualification with experience of housing or asset management with a track record of developing and delivering high quality services or are someone with the potential to grow into this role with support from us. You will have experience of successfully leading asset and property maintenance with up to date knowledge of stock condition surveys and building component life cycles.

You will need a full current driving licence and have a willingness to work flexibly.
