We are looking for an experienced Repairs Improvement Manager to join Hafod on a permanent full time basis, working 36 hours per week. You will be working as part of an effective and efficient Asset Delivery Team. This job offers a salary of 45,000 per annum and will be working in various locations across South Wales.

What you’ll need

You will be a customer focussed leader with a high level of drive and determination to achieve excellence within our asset management services. You will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of the repairs and maintenance service, where you will be involved in reducing the carbon footprint of our tenant homes. You will bring creativity and flair to your role and will be an inspirational leader to your team. You will support the Director of Asset Management to embed our new reactive repair contract arrangements.

What you'll need

You will need a relevant professional qualification with an in-depth understanding and experience of best practice in repairs management. Your strategic thinking skills will inform a focus on efficiency and value for money. You will have proven experience of effective team management and working within a customer focused environment.

You will need a full current driving licence and have a willingness to work flexibly.
