We are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Officer, the role will be on a permanent full time basis, working 36 hours per week. You will be working as part of an effective and efficient Asset Delivery Team. This job offers a salary of 38,000 per annum and will be working in various locations across South Wales.
What you'll do
You will deliver an effective, innovative customer focussed service and compliance regime to our properties. You will be actively involved in improving the contracts systems and processes to which the asset compliance strategy is delivered. You will assist in the procurement of contracts for the delivery of all designated compliance contracts whilst managing the compliance service budget.
What you'll need
You will need a relevant professional qualification with an in-depth understanding of the compliance regime under which housing associations operate. You will have knowledge of creating, implementing and managing housing asset compliance strategies. You will have proven experience of managing contracts and contractors.
You will need a full current driving licence and have a willingness to work flexibly.
