We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Support Worker Assistant to provide support at our scheme in Llandaff, Cardiff.
This is a full time permanent role working 36 hours per week, on a 7 day rota
£9.15 per hour - other benefits are listed below.
What you'll do
We are looking for someone with a passion, who wants to be part of a team in supporting Young People to achieve their aspirations. You will join a team working within a 24/7 supported accommodation project in Cardiff North. You will in supporting Young People, providing a safe, encouraging and homely environment for Young People to learn and enhance their skills as part of their journey into independent living. You will be working for a great company who will provide you with excellent training and good career opportunities.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role you will have experience of supporting individuals with varying complex support needs. You will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and build supportive relationships.
A qualification in Social Care or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
You will need a full, current driving licence and use of a vehicle.
