We are looking for a Compliance and Facilities Advisor to join our busy Compliance team on a full time permanent basis - with the option to work a 9-day fortnight.

This job offers a salary of £21,693 per annum and will be working in St Hilary Court, Cardiff - although we're all working from home at the moment and quite impressed about how productive and well it is all going.

What you'll do

You'll be joining a dynamic team who are passionate about making a difference to the organisation. You will act as the first point of contact between our association and our customers providing efficient and responsive customer service and administration support. You will liaise with Supervisors, Operatives, Suppliers and contractors on matters of Landlord Compliance and Asset Management to ensure appropriate levels of customer service are achieved. 

What you'll need

You will have prior experience working in a busy office environment providing high quality customer service and administration support. To be successful in this role you will need to have the skills and knowledge to provide a professional first point of contact for all customers, internal colleagues and stakeholders.  We are looking for someone who is competent with the use of IT systems and someone who can work accurately and effectively in a fast paced environment.
