We are looking for an Interim Head of HR to support the HR team on a temporary basis - estimated to last up to 3 months. This is a full time position, working 36 hours per week. This job offers a salary of £49,000 per annum and will be working in St Hilary Court, Cardiff - although we're all working from home at the moment.
What you'll do
You will provide day to day support, guidance and leadership to the HR Team on an interim basis. You will oversee the HRPB's and the wider HR Team to ensure the delivery of a quality HR service to the business. You will keep the delivery of the HR Annual plan on track and oversee the implementation and launch of a new HR/Payroll system.
What you'll need
You will have a relevant HR qualification with prior experience of managing a team of HR professionals. You will have experience of developing and implementing HR Strategies with knowledge and understanding of HR legislation and best practice. You will have a proactive and can-do approach with excellent organisation and planning skills.
