We have an opportunity for a Field Care Supervisor/Community Care Worker to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a highly rewarding role working within the community in Rhondda Cynon Taf providing a high level of care to our customers and colleagues within our Community Home Care service.
This is a permanent role. You will be contracted to 10 hours per week as a Field Care Supervisor and on a relief contract for any additional Community Care Worker hours
What you’ll do
You will provide support and supervisions to our Community Care Workers out in the field, assisting with Care Service Reviews and Community Care Worker Competency sign offs
You will be providing care to our customers in their own homes undertaking tasks such as administering medication, meal preparation and personal care
You will be supporting our customers to ensure they achieve as much independence as possible whilst maintaining their dignity and respect
What you’ll need
To be successful in this role you must be reliable, flexible and have a passion for helping others. Due to nature of the work it is essential applicants are car drivers with access to their own vehicle. You will need to be prepared to work at short notice and prepared to cover early afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
- £9.77 per hour for Field Care Supervisor hours
