HR Systems and MI Lead

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Systems and MI Lead to join our HR team.

This is a brand-new role created to maximise the benefits of our new HR system for our colleagues, enabling them to make lives better for our customers as we move to more digital ways of working.

What you'll do

You’ll take the lead on maintaining and continuously developing our HR and payroll system, involving stakeholders from across the organisation to ensure it is fit for purpose and fully utilised. In partnership with others, you’ll develop meaningful MI reports and analysis to support evidence-based decision making.

What you’ll need

You’ll have significant experience as a HR systems specialist with excellent communication skills allowing you to build effective relationships with people in a variety of job roles.You’ll be enthusiastic and inquisitive, able to seek out new solutions to problems and win buy in for new initiatives. You’ll have strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into actionable insight.
