Service Improvement Co-ordinator - Housing
Location: Cardiff based (hybrid working)
Salary: £33,900 per annum

Due to a restructure, we are looking for a Service Improvement Co-ordinator to join our existing team on a permanent full-time basis, working 36 hours per week.  This is a newly created position which will support the Head of Housing and three Operational Managers.

We are embracing hybrid working. If you are successful you can work from home most of the time if you wish, but you will occasionally need to attend our sites for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others.

What you’ll do

You’ll be confident with developing policies and procedures for Housing Services in partnership with operational colleagues.

You’ll get involved with the development and implementation of a programme of continuous improvement for all Housing Services, which will include reviewing current processes/systems and supporting the delivery and implementation of key projects for Housing Services.

You’ll support the full implementation of the neighbourhood coaching model across Housing Services.

What you’ll need

You’ll have strong IT skills allowing you to be a digital champion for Housing Services, working closely with colleagues in IT to ensure the effective use of the IT systems used by Housing Services.

To succeed in this role you’ll have previous experience of working in social housing or a related sector, managing projects and/or housing management.
