Due to a restructure, we are looking for an Integrated Services and Wellbeing Manager to join our existing team on a permanent full-time basis, working 36 hours per week. Reporting to our Head of Housing, this position which will provide operational and strategic leadership within our Integrated Service and Wellbeing team.
We are embracing hybrid working. If you are successful you can work from home most of the time if you wish, but you will occasionally need to attend our sites for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others.
What you’ll do
You’ll lead the operational management of Hafod’s Integrated Services and Wellbeing Team ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and communities, and that these services are fit for the future through reviewing and improving systems and processes.
You’ll play a crucial role in facilitating effective and productive relationships with a wide range of external and internal partners and stakeholders.
You’ll act as a key strategic lead and conduit for service integration across housing, support and care.
What you’ll need
You’ll have proven experience in providing dedicated operational and strategic leadership and management, ideally within social housing and associated extra care and retirement services.
To succeed in this role you’ll have proven knowledge of welfare reform and/or housing legislation in addition to experience of managing a team.
