We’re looking for a Data and Analytics Lead to join our Digital and IT service.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly formed Digital Transformation Office, whose mission is to deliver our Digital Strategy driving fundamental organisational change. This is a full-time, permanent role working 36 hours per week. We offer the option to work a nine-day fortnight – have a day off every other week!
We are embracing hybrid working. If you are successful you can work from home some of the time if you wish, but you will need to attend our offices for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others.
What you'll do
Identifying opportunities for organisational change, you’ll lead on the technical development of data management and analytics within Hafod.
You’ll recognise and address areas for improvement, focusing on data reporting tools and analytical techniques.

What you'll need
To thrive in this role you’ll have at least 2 years relevant experience in data architecture, including setting up Data Lakes/Data Warehouse in MS Azure.
You’ll have a working knowledge of relational databases and statistical modelling, with strong analytical skills.
