We have two opportunities for a Finance Business Partner to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.This is an opportunity to help us deliver our finance team’s ambition to be a key contributor to the success of Hafod, demonstrating a deep understanding of the group, creating value and an enabler to the achievement of our strategic objectives.

We are embracing hybrid working. If you are successful you can work from home some of the time if you wish, however there will be a requirement to attend our sites for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others.
What you'll do
You’ll lead a team to produce financial data with analysis and insight to support the business to make effective financial decisions, nurturing positive and productive relationships with budget holders from across the organisation to support the achievement of our strategic priorities.

What you'll need
The successful candidate will be a CCAB qualified Accountant with at least three years qualified experience.
You’ll be a technically strong accountant who enjoys working with people so that you can lead a team to make a difference by offering valuable insight and analysis to the rest of our organisation. You will be analytical and precise, and have the vision to seek continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to drive positive change.

- Finance Business Partner (Care)
