We have an opportunity for a Regional Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. You will proactively lead and manage our Care and Nursing Home Managers and their teams to achieve positive outcomes. You will demonstrate passion, dedication and commitment to delivering quality driven initiatives that progress the organisation as a leading care provider.

This is a fantastic chance to work within a socially conscious organisation delivering care, support and social housing across south Wales.

What you'll do

You’ll have overall responsibility for providing strong leadership and management by supporting, empowering and inspiring your team. You’ll oversee day to day operations, have responsibility for the supervision, appraisal and performance management of the home managers, supporting them to achieve their full potential. You’ll carry out audits of the homes, and ensure all services are well maintained, clean, presented and structured to support resident and colleague well-being.

What you'll need

You will need demonstrable management experience in either a care home setting or have a strong knowledge of the care sector with a good understanding of care home regulations. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to form positive relationships.
