We have new opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our team. This is a part-time, permanent position working 26.5 hours per week (must include a full day on a Monday and Tuesday), we can be flexible with remaining hours considering business needs.
We are embracing hybrid working. If you are successful you’ll need to work from our residential care home Plas Y Garn in Pontypool on Mondays and Tuesdays for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others, and you may be able to from home (or one of our other sites) for the rest of your hours.
What you'll do
You will deliver financial business support to our care home Plas Y Garn and other sites within the Pontypool area.
You’ll be confident maintaining accurate records to be used in payroll, resident contracts and arrears management.

What you'll need
We’re looking for someone who has experience of financial administration in social housing, local health boards and/or local authorities.
To succeed in this role, you will be confident interpreting large volumes of data, particularly on Microsoft Excel.
Previous knowledge of care finance and financial administration will allow you to excel in this position.
You will need a full current driving license and have a willingness to work flexibly.
