We are looking for an experienced Clinical Unit Lead who is seeking a rewarding job within one of our Hafod Nursing homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high standards of care and well-being for all residents. The Clinical unit Lead will play and active part in the management of the home with particular emphasis on clinical nursing leadership.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for the management and delegation of duties to all nursing and care staff within the area of responsibility.

What you'll need

You will be RMN/RGN qualified with a current NMC pin. You will have experience working in a clinical lead role. A management qualification ILM level 3/5 or a QCF level 5 would be desirable.

This is a permanent role working 36 hours per week.

Ty Penrhos Care Home in Caerphilly is a large 83 bed home providing a modern, homely setting for older people needing EMI and residential care. The design of Ty Penrhos supports an environment that enables independence and choice within a comfortable and secure setting. The Care Home has been built to exacting standards and supports residents to maximize their independence.
