We have a new opportunity to become a Planner within our Customer Service team on a permanent basis. This is a part-time opportunity, working 28 hours per week. We’re open to discussion about working pattern.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small team to really offer a fantastic responsive support service for Hafod Property Services (HPS).

We’re embracing hybrid working. You’ll be based in our Head Office at Culverhouse Cross, with the opportunity to work from home on occasions once training is complete and you’re confident in the role.

What you'll do

As part of a team of 4 Planners, you’ll be the main point of contact between operatives, tenants and supervisors. You’ll be in regular contact with both our maintenance and service contracts teams to ensure our response to all property queries is fully logged and efficient.

Managing your own workload, you’ll use our various in-house systems to receive, log, process and update all maintenance orders, providing a dependable reference point for all HPS information.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with proven relevant experience within a client service environment, ideally within the housing, maintenance or construction sectors.

You’ll be self-motivated and confident with using various IT packages, being able to confidently navigate between systems to extract and update information.

Previous experience of using vehicle tracking systems for fleet management is desirable.
