We are excited to announce that we have an opportunity for two Recruitment Advisors to join our team on a permanent basis working part time hours. We are open to applications from candidates who would like work a minimum of 3 days a week and we are happy to consider a work pattern that fits around your life.
We are embracing hybrid working. If you are successful you can work from home most of the time if you wish, but you will occasionally need to attend our sites for interactive working and to forge great relationships with others, typically on a fortnightly basis.
What you'll do
You will help deliver on all our organisational resourcing needs, helping us secure the right people, for the right roles at the right time. You will be allocated your own business areas and will form strong working relationships with your hiring managers, providing advice and guidance and maintaining our high service levels for internal and external customers.
You will use a variety of methods to attract candidates as well as supporting with selection and creating content for social media.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects to help build our employer brand and to improve our candidate experience and on-boarding.
What you'll need
You'll have a proven track record in recruiting for a variety of job types; working with line managers to understand their requirements for recurring and new roles before advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and working with our HR team to on-board new starters.
You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where many of your tasks are time critical and require excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write engaging adverts and social media content.
