Wow what an exciting opportunity! We have created a brand new specialist role within our People team to focus solely on reward, recognition and colleague engagement.

Our HR Business Partner – Reward and Engagement opportunity is a new and fresh role created to deliver two key areas of our people strategy which aims to provide our colleagues with ‘great days at work’.  This role is about enhancing the employee experience through the development and implementation of a reward and recognition strategy and driving key HR projects that support our culture principles.

If you’re a Reward and Recognition Specialist or a HR Business Partner with a passion for reward then this could be the role for you.

What you'll do

The main focus for this role is develop, own and deliver a reward and recognition strategy for all areas of Hafod, celebrating all that is brilliant about our range of teams.

You’ll take the lead on enhancing our colleague experience, driving key HR projects that support our culture principles.

What you’ll need

To shape our approach to reward and recognition and excel in this role, you’ll need a proven track record of delivering HR projects, and experience of designing and implementing a reward strategy into an organisation.

Your approach to work will be agile and dynamic, allowing you to flex between longer term strategic thinking and more immediate details.

We are embracing hybrid working. If you are successful you can work from home some of the time if you wish, but you will need to attend our sites on a regular basis for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others.
