Location: Cardiff based (hybrid working)
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Expires: 07/08/2022 23:59

Following the creation of our new Digital Transformation Office last year, we’re looking for a IT and Digital Improvement Project Officer to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. The salary for this role is £32,000 per annum with the option to work a 9-day fortnight – have a day off every other week!

We’re 6 months into the delivery of our first Digital Strategy and we want you to help strengthen our team. This is a unique opportunity to change how we work and deliver something tangible that makes a real difference to our customers and colleagues.

We are embracing hybrid working. If you are successful you can work from home most of the time if you wish, but you will occasionally need to attend our sites for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others, typically on a weekly basis.

What you'll do

Interpreting business challenges as digital improvement opportunities, you’ll lead and support on the delivery of digital projects across Hafod, bolstering our Digital Strategy to drive a culture of customer and colleague-centric delivery and growth.

You’ll be joining us at a time when we’re looking to redesign our end-to-end process journey, giving you the opportunity to question processes, deliver process improvement initiatives and inspire service change with our colleagues and customers.

Further details on what the role involves is set out in the job description in the recruitment pack attached.

What you'll need

You’ll have proven experience in delivering multiple projects and be proficient in process mapping, process design or redesign, and providing specialist guidance to colleagues at all levels.
